The Budget Control Act increases spending, opens us to more taxes, increases debt AND may take away our Representative Government through a "Super-Majority" committee which has more rights and responsibilities than our Representatives and hence we have possibly unequal representation as voters and citizens. The later idea should be explored though, if true, can't be addressed in a timely fashion.
Here is the Bill. The description of the Select Committee begins on page 51. What do you think? http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/BILLS-112s365eah/pdf/BILLS-112s365eah.pdf
Here are the 22 heros who defied their House leaders and opposed the Boehner plan.
http://www.redstate.com/erick/2011/07/30/the-22-who-held-the-line/
Please note the Democrats who voted against this wanted more spending and tax of the demonized diminishing private sector unsubsidized businesses.
The groups that supported the Boehner Bill this past Friday, broke the Cut, Cap and Balance Pledge and led to the passing of this downgrade Boehner Bill::
American Conservative Union/ACU
Club for Growth http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/senate-races/174759-club-for-gr... More like "Club for taxpayer funded Growth"

Those that didn't take the Pledge and supported Leadership in crafting this massive spending increase:
Americans for Tax Reform http://www.newsmax.com/Newsfront/JohnBoehner-GroverNorquist-debtcei... No new Taxes and Big Government Spending equals default by Quantitative Easing thus higher prices on imports, oil and food and everything derived for these.
WSJ's editorial Board attacked Tea Partiers and have been putting out economic and market news articles repeating the liberal talking points and narrative becoming unreliable. Then when the Budget Reform Act passed recommended a "buy" for Australian Bonds. They are now pushing more default by quantitative easing.
US Chamber of Commerce (they also like uncheck immigration, little enforcement and favor anti-competetive regulation and subsidies) so they should be called the US Crony Chamber of Plunder.
Now companies that recieve subsidy and anti-competitive regulatory advantage have announced layoffs which means our subsidies are going overseas and they're baked into the "Budge Control Act."
Republicans talked themselves into funding big government advocates on BOTH sides of the aisle.
