The Tea Party was heard and ignored in this Debt Ceiling fight. Our politicians were taking us 80 miles an hour off the cliff, Obama wanted to go 110 miles an hour and the GOP slowed it to 100 miles an hour. This is a great opportunity for a post mortem and to think about future strategy. Knowledge allows us to treat the players in this fight appropriately to best advance fiscal responsibility, Constitutional limited government and free markets.

Please note I've been removed as a sponsor. I support Cutting, Capping and Balancing the budget at a level where we can pay back our debt and contract the monetary base. This is the only way back to fiscal and National Security superiority.
What those that voted Friday for a much weaker Cut, Cap and Balance did was open the door to fund both sides of the big government lobby. We have been forced to arm those that wish to financially harm us as a by-product of their determined greed. This tactic is employed to distract and diminish us and is especially though temporarily paralysing or distracting when the feeling of betrayal comes with it. The WSJ certainly accomplished that for me. There are still good writers working for the Wall Street Journal and I regret that its editorial Board weighed in on the side of big government spenders for this destroys the Nation that thru freedom, commerce and security made our Nation great.
Notice much of the media followed the liberal talking points and language - even the WSJ and Fox kept repeating "default" when "default" was never a threat unless Obama failed to use current revenue to pay our principle and interest as directed under the Constitution. Everyone has a conflict of interest and there are a lot of "useful idiots" that should be noted, especially at critical points in this necessary conflict of trying to save our Country from becoming like Mozambique, run by Robert "Mug-me" Mugabe. The markets will have no mercy for a deadbeat Nation. All sides of the conservative coalition are hurt by this.
To offset media bias we must continue to communicate and educate each other and those outside the movement, quietly building mass. We must look for and help develop principled leadership with solid knowledge of who and what we are dealing with on a local, State and Federal level and the principled, disciplined determination that inspires and motivates with the skills to follow through on the alternative vision as proscribed by our Founding Fathers, updated for all the new toys we've invented.
This is why I don't support Mitt Romney or my Virginia Lt Gov Bill Bolling. They've just been emboldened with our money and ow we must withstand an onslaught we're paying for.

Mitt Romney DOES have experience in buying distressed companies and selling them off but his instinct in government is to usurp private sector functions which then pushes private companies into a distressed position.
Hold the Line. Demand the limited government we must have to regain prosperity where the most people have the most opportunity in free markets where government regulates and oversees but does not participate in the market. The candidate who in word and deed most closily alligns should be our nominee. I believe there is more than one option in this Presidential race.
Some are working on possible Tea Party hearings to identify and advance spending cuts on a Federal level to challenge the Super Congress committee's recommendations. With every spending cut comes a pressure on the State and local level to make up the short fall. I'll communicate with you soon with any final plans.
Just a thought to off set the daily assault of corruption and crime on TV. Everyone heard about Amy Winehouse's death. Did you hear about Army Sgt. William B. GrossPaniagua, Army Pfc. Brice M. Scott or Army 2nd Lt. Jered W. Ewy? Please honor them today by saying a prayer and helping to limit government for those who now must come home.
